Ron & Denny Reynolds · TranceBreakers Toolkit
A lifetime of wisdom on love, growth, and the voice within
Three books. Decades of teaching. A spiritual legacy that continues to transform the people it reaches — including me.
Most of the resources in this toolkit are tools I've gathered and refined over more than two decades of coaching work. This one is different. This one is family.
Ron and Denny Reynolds are my parents. For decades they devoted their lives to a body of spiritual teaching they called The New Perspective — a framework for self-transformation, relationships, and spiritual growth that emerged from their own deep inner work and, ultimately, from something much larger than either of them.
My father Ron was a broadcaster — more than 50 years in radio and television, beginning as a rock and roll DJ for over half his career and earning a place in the Bay Area Radio Hall of Fame. He discovered in midlife that he could channel a source of wisdom he came to call simply "The We." What emerged from those sessions over two decades became the foundation of their three books and a teaching practice that touched thousands of people.
My mother Denny is a California Marriage and Family Therapist who spent her career passionately combining psychotherapy with spiritual consciousness. She continues to see clients and teach. Her work with couples is extraordinary — and her YouTube channel carries some of the most genuinely hypnotic, healing sleep stories I have ever encountered. I share them regularly with clients who struggle with sleep, anxiety, and the relentless noise of their own minds.
My father passed in February of 2022. I miss him. And I am grateful every day that the work he and my mother created together continues to be in the world, continues to reach people they will never meet, and continues to be part of what I carry into every session I do.
I share this here because it shaped me — the coach, the hypnotherapist, the person who understands that healing is always about returning to love. If any of it resonates, explore it. My mother would be glad to know it found you.
I sat down with both of my parents to explore their work on relationships, spiritual growth, and the wisdom they had spent a lifetime gathering and sharing. This is one of my most treasured recordings.
Ron and Denny Reynolds · The New Perspective · Interview with Rick Reynolds
Ron spent over 50 years in radio and television broadcasting — beginning as a rock and roll DJ, a career that defined him for more than half his life and earned him a place in the Bay Area Radio Hall of Fame. He discovered in midlife a remarkable capacity for channeling — receiving wisdom from a source he came to know simply as "The We." Over two decades the sessions were recorded, transcribed, and eventually became the foundation of The New Perspective trilogy. He devoted the second half of his life to spiritual studies, writing, and teaching workshops that helped others find their own connection to the voice within. He is deeply missed.
Denny is a California Marriage and Family Therapist who has spent decades passionately combining psychotherapy with spiritual consciousness. Her specialty is couples work and what she calls EMDR-inspired sessions — a deep, somatic approach to healing that draws on decades of clinical experience. She co-founded The New Perspective with Ron, co-authored all three books, and continues to teach and see clients. Her sleep stories on YouTube are among the most genuinely healing recordings I have ever shared with clients.
The New Perspective trilogy covers the full arc of inner transformation — self, relationship, and spirit. Each book stands alone and they deepen together.
The foundational book of the trilogy. Ten practical tools for transforming the beliefs, patterns, and unconscious programs that shape experience. Accessible, grounded, and deeply applicable — the kind of book that reads differently every time you return to it.
A profound exploration of what it means to be truly in relationship — with a partner, with others, with yourself. Drawing on both clinical expertise and spiritual teaching, this book goes deeper than most relationship resources dare to. Particularly powerful for couples doing inner work.
The most remarkable book of the trilogy. Ron channels "The We" — a source of profound wisdom that emerged over two decades of sessions — while Denny interviews, questions, and explores in real time. The result is unlike anything else: universal spiritual wisdom meeting no-nonsense real-world questions. In the tradition of Edgar Cayce, Conversations with God, and A Course in Miracles.
I share these with clients who struggle with sleep, anxiety, and a mind that won't quiet down. They are genuinely hypnotic — not as a gimmick, but in the clinical sense. They work by guiding the mind into a deeply receptive state and gently rewriting the negative programs that keep so many people from true rest.
Denny's voice carries decades of therapeutic experience. You can feel it. These aren't recordings designed to sound calming — they are calming, because the person behind them knows exactly what the nervous system needs to let go.
The New Perspective taught me that healing is always a return to love — that beneath every pattern, every wound, every story we carry, there is something whole and intact that was never actually broken. That belief is at the heart of everything I do as a coach and hypnotherapist. If you're ready to discover what's underneath your patterns, I'd love to work with you.
